Evelyn Ann Dickerson, 62, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Evelyn was born to Elizabeth and Walter Dickerson on December 22, 1961, she was the eldest daughter of four children born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Willow Grove.

Evelyn is survived by her mother, Elizabeth, her brother Nathaniel Dickerson, and two sisters, Elizabeth Dickerson and Monica Dickerson. She has a large extended family.

Evelyn loved to cook and take care of her friends and family, but her 1st love and hobby was writing. She graduated from Abington High School and went on to peruse a B.A in Journalism at Cheyney University where she ran the Cheyney Gazette. Evelyn enjoyed Monday Night , Thursday and Sunday football games and could tell you all the stats on the players she was a huge Eagles fan and green was her favorite color. Evelyn was a MOA scheduler at Penn State Hershey Medical Center which she enjoyed an felt a full sense of purpose there and was grateful for the friends she has there she often talked about her good friends at Hershey Medical Center. Evelyn was a very spiritual women with a huge heart. Our family takes solaces in knowing she is with God in Heaven, and we will see her again.
