Doris J. Lasch, 95, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at the Church of God Home in Carlisle.

Born in Lebanon, PA on March 13, 1928, Doris was a daughter of the late Herman and Emma (Risser) Lasch. She was a 1946 graduate of Lebanon High School. She was employed at Haak Brothers Department Store as an assistant buyer for 17 years. She then began employment at Sterling Drug as a packaging operator for 22 years before retiring on April 1, 1987.

Doris traveled extensively visiting the Holy Land, many European cities, and most of the historic sites in the United States. A Christian, she identified with the Evangelical United Brethren Faith.

One of five children, Doris was preceded in death by two brothers, James Lasch and Donald Lasch, and two sisters, Bernice Weidman, with whom she resided for more than 80 years, and Hilda Flocken. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
