Daniela P. Ballester, 86, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday March 21, 2023 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Esteban Ballester.

Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Daniela was the daughter of the late Francisco Alicea and Agustina Alicea.

Daniela was a member of St. Benedict's Church. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a dietary aide at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. She enjoyed the company of her two cats, Nenito and Tiny, and enjoyed doing word search puzzles.

Daniela is survived by three children - Esteban Ballester, Jr. and his wife Kathy, Johnny Ballester and Wilson Ballester; four grandchildren - Jason Ballester, Danielle Wick, Jeremiah Wick and Ryan Torres; and six great grandchildren - Devon, Ariana, Jayden, Akira, Kiara, and Ryan, Jr. She was preceded in death by her brother, Felix Alicea, and her sister, Maria Alicea.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening, March 28th from 6-8pm at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 South 9th Street, Lebanon, PA and on Wednesday morning, March 29th from 10-11am at St. Benedict's Church, 1300 Lehman Street, Lebanon, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. has been entrusted with arrangements.
