Claire M. Minerick, 88, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023. She was the wife of the late Charles A. Minerick, Jr.

Born in Lebanon on April 30, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Clair and Margaret (Curtin) Emig.

She was an administrative assistant in healthcare for many years. She attended St. Joseph's Nursing School and was a devout member of St Benedict the Abbott Church (formerly SS Cyril and Methodius Church). She enjoyed playing the piano, going to the beach, watching birds, lectoring at church and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving are four children: MaryJo, wife of Ray Sidebottom, Barbara, wife of Jon Stager, Kathy, wife of Tom Devonshire and Thomas, husband of Margaret Minerick. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one sister, Jacqueline Grabowsky and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, September 18, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church at 120 E. Lehman St. Lebanon, PA 17046. A visitation will be held prior to mass from 10-11. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St. Lebanon is entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Cecilia's church or various Alzheimer Research funds. Our family also wishes to extend our thanks to the Cedar Haven staff and the Gentiva Hospice staff.
