Cecilia A. Rumpf, 91, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Edgar G. Rumpf.

Born in Lebanon, PA on September 30, 1931, Cecilia was a daughter of the late Charles and Carrie (Arnold) Miller. She was a 1949 graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School and a member of St. Mary's Church. Cecilia was retired from the Hershey Chocolate Factory. She enjoyed attending Mass, going to the casino and the movies, and playing bingo.

Cecilia is survived by three children, James Rumpf, husband of Cindy, Dennis Rumpf, and Lori Boudreaux; four grandchildren, Melissa, Brandon, Amanda, and Autumn; three great grandchildren, Alexa, Robert, and Liam; three sisters, Justina Burkholder, Irene McKenzie, and Louise Kreiser; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Rumpf; three brothers, Jerome, Joseph, and John Miller; and two sisters, Sr. Justina Maria Miller, OSF and Helen Bonner.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S 9th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
