Carlos Hiram Rosario Cruz, 60, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024 at home. He was the husband of Sonia Moreira.

Born in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico on January 25, 1964, Carlos was a son of Pedro A. Rosario Ortiz and Gloria M. Rivera Cruz. He was a member of Nuevos Horizontes Iglesia Adventista del Septimo Dia. He enjoyed auto mechanics, helping people, going to church, and listening to music.

In addition to his wife and parents, Carlos is survived by three children: Carlos Hiram Rosario, Eduardo Rosario, Genesis Paula Rosario; two step-sons, Hector R. Rivera and Josue M. Ayala; step-daughter, Julissa M. Rivera; nine brothers, Johnny Rosario Rivera, Richard Rosario Rivera, Wilmer A. Rosario Rivera, Pedro C. Rosario Rivera, Carlos R. Rosario Rivera, Eliot Rosario Rivera, Juan A. Rosario Rivera, Eduardo Rosario Gonzalez, and Samuel Rosario Gonzlez; three sisters, Gloria M. Rosario Rivera, Maribel Rosario Gonzalez, and Carmen I. Rosario Gonzalez; and his pet Meo. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheila Joan Rosario.
