Carlos Cortes-Ruiz, 67, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the Hershey Medical Center. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on April 6, 1955, Carlos was the son of the late Emilio Cortes Serrano and Georgina Ruiz Aponte.

Carlos was well liked. He enjoyed fishing and watching TV and will always be remembered for the silly jokes he would tell.

He is survived by six siblings - Emilio, Ariel, Hiram, Nereida, Edwin, and Lucy Cortes; and his two special friends, Juan Martinez and Luis Matos. Carlos was preceded in death by his brother, George and sister, Celeste.
