Arthur R. Groy, 83, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, April 18, 2022 at the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Rosellen A. (Heckard) Groy.

Born in Lebanon, PA on December 25, 1938, Arthur was a son of the late Richard and Pearle (Wagner) Groy. He was a United States Air Force veteran. He worked for Alcoa for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at his cabin especially with family and friends.

Arthur is survived by five children: Arthur Groy, husband of Lindsay, James Groy, husband of Heather, Mardell Groy, David Groy, husband of Chris, and Lisa Felty; twelve grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was the last of his immediate family. He was preceded in death by a son, Arthur R. Groy, Jr. and a sister, Mardell Groy.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 22nd at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th Street, Lebanon. Interment will full military honors will follow at Holy Savior Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00-2:30 at the funeral home.
