Ariel Salazar Acosta, 54, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Antonia Salazar.

Born in Mexico on December 28, 1966, Ariel was a son of Saturnina Acosta and the late Jose Salazar. He was an active member of St. Benedict's Church. He enjoyed cooking, fixing cars, volunteering at the church and doing community service. He was a talented handy man and loved his two dogs, Luna and Hiro.

In addition to his wife, Ariel is survived by two children, Ariel Salazar and Andres Guadalupe Salazar; four brothers, Pancho, Luis, Merce, and Jorge; and a sister, Lepy.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, December 21st from 5-7 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 South 9th Street, Lebanon, PA. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22nd at St. Benedict's Church, 1300 Lehman Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment will follow at Kimmerling's Cemetery in Lebanon.
