Ann (Petrovich) Savant, 96, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Herman Savant, who preceded her in death on May 5, 2018.

Ann was born in Annville, PA on May 30, 1925. She was the daughter of Milan and Julia (Zeck) Petrovich.

She is survived by her daughters, Julia Shuyler, with whom she resided, Catherine Hartmoyer, wife of John Hartmoyer, and her daughter-in-law, Patricia Savant.

She leaves behind 7 grandchildren: Louis Savant (Gina), Anthony Savant (Kim), James Savant (Buffe), Tina Duplass (Christian), Jennifer Davis, Lauren Shuyler, and Morgan Hartmoyer (Matthew). She also is survived by twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Louis Savant (Patricia), who died in 2006, as well as her brothers, Steven, George, Peter and Joseph. She was the last of her immediate family.

Ann loved her family and always tried to get them together, especially for Sunday dinner. She always asked different family members for their favorite meal, which she loved to cook for them. She was a good cook and an excellent baker.
She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, flower gardening, Bingo and going to the casino. When she was a winner, her family would often find a share of her winnings underneath their Sunday dinner plate. She was extremely generous in all things.
Even though dementia took its toll on her, she was still feisty and appreciated everything that was done for her until the very end. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held from 9:30-10:00 a.m. followed by a service at 10:00 on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 South 9th Street, Lebanon.
