Adriel Baez Serrata, infant son of Ariel Baez Peguero and Carolyn Serrata Manzueta, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born on August 14, 2024 at only 24 weeks gestation alongside his twin sister, Gisselle, Adriel entered this world with a brave spirit and the support of a loving family. Facing unimaginable odds, he overcame one obstacle after another and in his own tiny way, taught his family all they'll ever need to know about strength, courage, and resilience. He will forever be cherished and his memory will remain a treasured part of his family's story.

In addition to his parents, Adriel is survived by his twin sister, Gisselle Baez Serrata; maternal grandparents, Carmen Serrata Manzueta and Silvero Serrata; paternal grandparents, Jose Ariel Baez and Anna Marie Snader; two aunts, Ariela Baez Peguero and Indrina Morelia Baez Peguero; uncle, Erick Anderson Baez Peguero. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Margarita Peguero.
