Adam Michael Schlegel, 36, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, May 12, 2025, at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on November 18, 1988, Adam was the son of John Adam and Ruth Ann (Carpenter) Schlegel. He graduated from Cedar Crest High School in 2007. Adam was a lifelong Eagles fan who also enjoyed fishing, gardening, canning vegetables, loved animals, and competitive gaming.

In addition to his parents, Adam is survived by a daughter, Sage Michal Schlegel; his partner, Diana Marzari; a brother, John R. Schlegel (Carly); niece, Guinevere; nephew, Lincoln; grandmother, Joan Carpenter (Dundore); and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Adam was preceded in death by grandparents, John Augustine Schlegel and Kathryn (Frick); and grandfather Sterling "Starky" Carpenter.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Zion United Methodist Church of Iona, 1920 S 5th Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will follow at Cornwall Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11 AM at the church.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Adam's name can be made to Zion United Methodist Church of Iona at the above address
