Evelyn M. "India" Bodden
Evelyn M. "India" Bodden, 54, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, July 19, 2010. She was the wife of John Bordash Jr.
Evelyn was born in Manhattan, New York on May 16, 1956. She was a daughter of Carmen Dolores Jusino (Rodriguez) of Lebanon, and the late Adrian Rodriguez.
She was a graduate of Lebanon High School. She was a member of St. Benedict The Abbot Church.
Evelyn enjoyed life, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Surviving in addition to her mother and husband are two sisters, Carmen Albright and Sandra Rivera; two goddaughter's, Sarena Cardona and Brandy Degler; three godson's, Kenny Figueroa, Rick Rodriguez and Frankie Aponte; four nephews, David DeJesus, Kenny Figueroa, Ricky Rodriguez and Boo Rodriguez; two nieces, Lisa Rivera and Brandy Degler; many great nieces and great nephews and her dog, Candy.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Adrian Rodriguez.
Funeral Mass Friday at 11:30 am from St. Benedict The Abbot Church, 1300 Lehman St. Lebanon, 17046. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Viewing hours will be held on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon 17042.
